Our café ingredients are thoughtfully chosen, highlighting wha’t local and seasonal.

  • We use specialty-grade, ethically sourced from our partner roasters, Exchange Alley Coffee House.
  • For our tea and matcha selections, we offer premium local brands like Jacob’s Well.

🥢 Why Vietnamese Cuisine?

Before starting Haboean, Ding and Elmer spent more than ten years working with Southeast Asian refugees, especially Vietnamese families, through the UNHCR in Palawan and the ICMC in Bataan.

During those years, they learned many recipes directly from the communities they served, often passed along during long afternoons and shared meals. The café is, in many ways, a tribute to that time and to the warmth of Vietnamese cooking shared across homes and generations.
